With this tour, you have 2 options on Day 2. On Day 1 everyone will see 3 waterfalls and visit a man-made cave created 200 years ago. On Day 2, you will choose a coffee tour or a hike with 7 waterfalls that will take you through challenging but beautiful terrain for approximately 7 hours and you will be with a professional guide. If you like to hike and want to get in shape, you will enjoy the tour of 7 waterfalls. It is a difficult challenge and not for the faint of heart. You will spend time resting at each waterfall. You will have lunch at the final waterfall. On Day 1 everyone will see 3 waterfalls and enter that bat cave. On Day 2 is your choice of the 7-waterfall tour or coffee tour.
Overview
Your journey to this destination will be filled with beauty through driving alongside the mountainous terrain viewing rivers and creeks. Jardin is considered one of the most beautiful towns in Colombia because of its lush greenery, plants and flora everywhere even lining the hotels and houses. On the first day, you will see Cascada de Amor, which is alongside the road. Then you will take a tour in a man-made bat cave. Yes, there are bats usually sleeping on the ceiling. Then we will take you to Cascada Las Escaleras which is about a short 15-minute hike because cars are not allowed to go through. You can have time for photos and take a dip in the water here. The following day, you will have the option of taking a 7-waterfall tour which will take all day or take an easier tour, which will be a coffee tour where you can learn how Colombians make the world’s richest coffee.
